At Kooper Leadership Academy our approach is to simplify, focus, and execute on the critical few areas of leadership and to ensure each learner leaves equipped with new skills no matter what stage of leadership they are in.
The personalized coaching and development sessions are intended to work with the clients’ strengths as well as provide insight into behaviors or habits that impact their ability to reach their highest potential.
The length of each workshop is 2 hours and will consist of power point, open discussion, and role playing. The purpose of limiting the time is for content retention, time management, and optimization of the learning experience.
The workshops are intended to align with adult learning principles of “unlearning” and reframing the held beliefs of what we are capable of and what may be holding us back. When we set goals for ourselves there is an element of success that must be achieved to build confidence in the “new way” of doing things.
