At Kooper Leadership Academy our approach is to simplify, focus, and execute on the critical few areas of leadership and to ensure each learner leaves equipped with new skills no matter what stage of leadership they are in.


The personalized coaching and development sessions are intended to work with the clients’ strengths as well as provide insight into behaviors or habits that impact their ability to reach their highest potential.


The length of each workshop is 2 hours and will consist of power point, open discussion, and role playing. The purpose of limiting the time is for content retention, time management, and optimization of the learning experience.


The workshops are intended to align with adult learning principles of “unlearning” and reframing the held beliefs of what we are capable of and what may be holding us back. When we set goals for ourselves there is an element of success that must be achieved to build confidence in the “new way” of doing things.


Workshops are designed to align with the needs of the client, its team, and overall goals of leadership development.

Personal Excellence

This engaging workshop will lead client(s) through the high-performance Trifecta of Time, Focus, and Effort. The workshop features a goal setting session, focusing on managing time and priorities, and the proven system to put it all together. Participants will walk away from this workshop with another set of tools as they build on their high-performance goals and personal excellence journey.

Communication and Listening

In this workshop client(s) will focus on aspects of communication and listening. During this interactive workshop, they will discuss different communication styles and where their style fits individually and in a team setting - and how they likely lead with these styles. Participants will also explore difficult conversations and how to prepare for them

Leading Others

In this workshop client(s) will focus on the definition of accountability. They will learn the three key steps to creating a culture of accountability and will discover the positive change accountability can bring.
